Shipping and Handling costs will be calculated and added to your final total for goods. This will be displayed before asking for payment. All orders are sent through Royal Mail. We ship Worldwide, plus we ship to BFPO service postcodes across the world.
Unfortunately the shopping cart is not set for International shipping. So you will have to email me for a quote.
All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
All goods that are dispatched are sent by a Recorded service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbors. This enables a fully discreet service and customer confidentiality.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, Royal Mail will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us.
UK
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 1.35kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service.
UK Delivery charge:-
Up to £10 of goods = £1.80
Up to £25 of goods = £2.30
Up to £40 of goods = £2.80
At this point goods are more often than not are having to be sent by courier so slightly higher charges apply
Up to £60 of goods = £4.00
Up to £80 of goods = £5.75 Heavy item Delivery Charge Premium
We have a handful of items that are low cost stock items but are very heavy so must be sent courier. Instead of calculating the additional cost into the product. If an item must be sent by courier we will display an additional premium on the product info page to advise you that this fee will be added to the order.
Remote Location Delivery Charges
It has recently come to our attention that certain areas in the UK cost us a premium to reach by courier. Remote locations in Scotland tend to be the frequent ones. If your parcel requires this additional shipping charge we will advise you.
Southern Ireland
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service and unfortunately is charged at a International shipping rates as this is classed as Europe.
Europe
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service.
Rest of World
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service.
Redelivery Charges
Occasionally customers fail to pick up their order from the local depot once the initial delivery attempt has been made if they were out. After a week the parcel is shipped back to us. Unfortunately the redelivery charge to dispatch the goods back out is not subsidised, you will have to pay for the re-delivery.
Exchanges and Faulty items
If you wish to return an item because you dont want it and you want an exchange the redelivery charges apply.
If you wish to return an item for an exchange due to a fault there is no charge for sending a new item back to you.
If you send an item back claiming it is faulty and it is in fact alright redelivery charges apply to return the item to you.
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day your customer received their order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
