OUR RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our online site and the products listed, at Pleasure and Fantasy we have a strict NO RETURN policy for most products unless faulty.
Only faulty products will be able to be returned for a like item, or for refund if contact is made with us within 14 days.
If we have sent you the wrong item (i.e. not the item you ordered) we will send you the correct replacement at our cost with a prepaid return envelope. As this is our fault we pay all costs.
If you wish to exchange an item that we do accept as a return for another of the same value (most usually a garment size change) we will send the alternative upon safe receipt of the original item in an un-used, unlaundered condition. You will be charged for the shipping cost on the re-issue.
Please email us before returning any item for an authorisation number and a label to be used for returning the parcel.
In your email please include:
* Order ref no
* Delivery post code
* Description of Returned Item(s)
* Reason for return
* Action Required ie Refund, Replacement, etc
If the product is faulty, please explain this with a covering letter,
and return the item in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
Please note after 30 days we can not refund your money, only replace the the faulty item.

Battery operated items should be tested with different sets of batteries before returning .
Any returned item will be inspected and will be returned to you at your own expense if found to be working.
CLOTHES AND LINGERIE
Due to Hygiene laws we cannot accept returns of clothing & lingerie with a crotch.

Must be sealed or returns will not be accepted unless faulty.
